Mark Eldred Jones

So this is when my passion for horses started. I started riding at 8yrs old and had never had a lesson until 1 and a half years ago when Julian Mincher gave me a couple. My trainer now is lynne Fourrel de Frettes. I was a groom on the national and international circuit for over 20yrs. In 2012 I was diagnosed with Lupas which has affected my coordination and short term memory and in pain 24/7... I heard about para showjumping and thought that I would look into it. I am now a grade 2 para dressage rider and a grade 1 showjumper.. My aims are to compete at as many able bodied and para competitions as a possible this year. Hoping to go to the 3 national para jumping shows and if I get

enough points to get picked to compete at La Baule in France. With support from my                                                                                           trainer, my best friend and owner of my best horse, Robert Sayer and now support from                                                                                        mitchell moor equestrian I am sure 2016 is going to be a great year.
